The Marlboro Market off Route 301 in Upper Marlboro, MD.

It is an upstart community of vendors with a variety of items. The market is opening on the old race track right off the highway. This plot of land has been neglected for years. New interest and high gas prices has brought a new vitality to the area. It is centrally located between the country and the city in the beautiful and upscale community of Upper Marlboro, MD. The market is all the buzz!  It still needs a lot of TLC and some vibrant signage, but over the next few weeks, I am sure it will be the new place to hang out. It is situated across an area the size of two football fields. The front portion is the parking lot and the back is the paved racetrack. There will be food, new and used item vendors, supposedly even someone selling mattresses! Later on in May the owner of the market will debut his nursery items with a variety of plant species. I can’t wait to see how it develops. It has the potential to look like a garden oasis with vendors to add to the flair!

Come check it out!
